Cancellation Policy

Reservation and Deposit: A non refundable deposit of $50.00 is required to secure your booking date and time. The deposit will be applied toward your rental cost. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and a signed agreement. Payment Terms: The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made 30 days before the event will receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will forfeit all payments made. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their event without penalty up to 14 days before the original date, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply if changes are made less than 14 days before the event. Event Changes: Any changes to the event details, including location, duration, or package selection, must be communicated at least 14 days prior to the event. Additional charges may apply for changes that affect the rental duration or package. Liability and Damages: The client is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the photo booth equipment during the rental period. Any damages to the equipment caused by the client or their guest will be charged to the client. Operational Requirements: A suitable space and access to a power outlet are required for the setup and operation of the photo booth. It is the clients responsibility to ensure these requirements are met at the event location. Please communicate if you are unable to meet these requirements.
